Client Manager - Callcredit Check, Callcredit Information Group, Callcredit Check

The primary objective of the Callcredit Check Client Manager is to provide a high quality, service, delivery and issue resolution interface between the Client and the internal business units within Callcredit.   Client Management is responsible for:

• Relationships with revenue generating clients, offering support and assistance for all queries and issues and ensuring high quality post sale relationship management at all times.

• Working closely with the Sales Team to ensure the successful initiation, implementation and delivery of new clients.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Competence in Account management, Credit products, services and procedures.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a supplier or client relationship within the credit and risk, or debt collection and recoveries arenas
  • Commercial acumen
  • Influencing skills
  • Have demonstrated experience in effective client management and leadership.
  • Structured, organised and process orientated.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Management of a portfolio of accounts from take on and implementation through to business as usual and ongoing relationship management
  • Development of revenue generation opportunities for ‘development specific’ clients.
  • Maintain regular client contact and develop a communication strategy for each client to ensure Callcredit is “front of mind”
  • Management of non-revenue and revenue jobs
  • Responsibility for Client take on process
  • Project management of minor client projects and implementations
  • Client Satisfaction
  • Query and issue resolution

Applicants for this position will ideally hold:

  • Experience of dealing in a customer facing environment
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications
